To improve the management of internships, we inform you that the UPC is launching a new application that will allow companies, students and tutors to carry out the processing of educational cooperation agreements in a more agile, efficient and electronic way.

Management internship initiation procedure

1	COMPANY	If the company is not registered, it must first be registered Post your offer on PortalCamins Select a candidate
2	STUDENT or COMPANY	Send the following documents by e-mail practiques.camins@upc.edu, 10 working days before the agreement's start date: Request for the formalization of the Educational Cooperation Agreement Safety at Work Form
3	SIAE CAMINS INTERNSHIPS	Reviews and approves the student's conditions of participation. Sign in the details to the application Assign a UPC academic mentor
4	STUDENT	Receive an email to the email address estudiant.upc to validate the agreement data.
5	COMPANY MENTOR	Receive an email to define and fill in the teaching programme.
6	UPC MENTOR	Receive email to verify the teaching programme.
7	SIAE CAMINS INTERNSHIPS	Check and verify the documents Start the process of electronic signature of the agreement by the company, the student and the School.
