Evaluation

Once the defence has been completed and passed, the president of the evaluation panel will enter the grade into the system and send the minutes to be signed electronically by all the members of the panel. Once the minutes have been duly signed electronically by all members of the court, the grade will be automatically uploaded to the student's transcript of records.

From the moment the grade is added to the transcript of records, students who meet all the academic requirements to complete their studies will be able to begin the process of applying for the degree certificate.
