Internships- Management procedure

To improve the management of internships, we inform you that the UPC is launching a new application that will allow companies, students and tutors to carry out the processing of educational cooperation agreements in a more agile, efficient and electronic way.

Placement initiation protocol

	COMPANY If the company is not already registered, makes the registration Posts the offer at PortalCamins Selects a candidate
	STUDENT or COMPANY Sends the following documents by e-mail to practiques.camins@upc.edu, 10 working days before the agreement's starting date: Requests for the formalization of the Educational Cooperation Agreement Fills in the Safety at work form
	SIAE CAMINS - PLACEMENT UNIT Reviews and approves the student's conditions of participation. Signs in the details to the application Assigns a UPC academic mentor
	STUDENT Receives an email to his institutional email address (@estudiant.upc.edu) to validate the agreement's data.
	COMPANY MENTOR Receives an email to define and fill in the teaching programme.
	UPC MENTOR Receives email to verify the teaching programme.
	SIAE CAMINS - PLACEMENT UNIT Checks and verifies the documents Starts the process of electronic signature of the agreement by the company, the student and the School.
