Summer Holiday Closure Notice

Building Closure & Administrative Services

• Building Access: Closed from August 1 to August 30 (inclusive). Access enabled via UPC card only. On August 31, building C1 will open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Computer Lab B2-101: Closed from August 3 to August 21 due to low occupancy.
• School Mail & Courier Service: Suspended during the closure. The deadline for outgoing external mail prior to closure is Friday, July 24, 2026.
• School Registry: Service suspended throughout the entire holiday period.
• Camins Concierge / Reception: No service available from August 4 to August 29.
• Emergency / Incident Hotline: +34 934 011 710.

UTGAC IT Services (August 3–21)

• Operational Services: All Camins IT services will remain fully operational (Portal Camins, CaminsBROKER, CaminsDESKTOP, CaminsDRIVE, CaminsFILES, JADE, etc.).
• Support Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (incident resolution times depend on technical complexity).

• Phone Support: Unavailable during this period.

Scheduled Power Outages (Camins Area)

Annual High-Voltage Facility Inspection

• Date: Tuesday, August 4.
• Impact: Campus-wide power outage from approx. 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Affected Buildings: Modules A, B, C, and D, LIBRARY, SPORTS CENTRE, RECTORATE, OMEGA, and K2M.

Mandatory Low-Voltage Inspection (Buildings A & Library)

General outage affecting all floors from approx. 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by partial sector outages from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

• August 3: Building A1
• August 5: Building A2
• August 12 & 13: LIBRARY Building

Camins Bar / Restaurant Schedule

• July: Open July 1–30 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on July 31, 2026.
• August: Closed August 1–31 (inclusive).
• September: September 1–4: Open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. September 7–25: Open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
