Date & time of defence

Students must choose their defence date and session (morning or afternoon) from the available options provided by the evaluation panels at Portal Camins (Bachelor's and Qualifying Master's Degrees). Once a date is chosen, it cannot be changed.

Students from Specialized Master's Degrees cannot choose their date and time at Portal Camins. You can check the assigned date and time for your defence, provided by the Master's program coordinator, in this section a few days after the regular date and time reservation period.

Remember that it is essential to have made your on-line deposit, and in the case of students of the Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, you must have also submitted your internship documentation.

During the date and time reservation period, reservations can be made from 9:00 AM on the first day until 2:00 PM on the last day.

Please note that the presentation rooms are equipped with a projector and desktop computer. If you choose to use a personal laptop, it will be your responsibility to ensure a connection to the room's projector (requiring any necessary cables or converters).
