PROCEDURES CALENDAR FOR THE DEFENCE

Inscription of the Bachelor Thesis
Tutor's procedure	10 days before the registration
Registration request of the TFG out of time due to extraordinary causes
Students who eill defend the TFG in the ordinary October Call 2023 Request through e-Secretaria	until the 10th September 2023
Students who eill defend the TFG in the ordinary February Call 2024 Request through e-Secretaria	until the 14th January 2024
Students who eill defend the TFG in the ordinary July Call 2024 Request through e-Secretaria	until the 9th of June 2024
Request for the extraordinary CALL: October 2024* (academic year 2023/24)*
Students that have registered their TFG in the academic year 2023/24, group Q2 and have not been able to deposit in the ordinary calls: February and July 2024 Request through e-Secretaria	10th to 16th June 2024

DEFENCE

Defence TFG extraordinary CALL: October 2024* (academic year 2023/24)* > students registered of the TFG in the academic year 2023/24, group Q2 + they have not deposited in the ordinary calls: February and July + they must have made the request through e-Secretaria for this call in the indicated dates in the procedure calendar Defence TFG ordinary CALL: October 2024* (academic year 2024/25)* > students registered of the TFG in the academic year 2024/25, group Q1
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until the 27th September 2024
Submission of the traineeship reports of the GEOP studies to practiques.camins@upc.edu	until the 27th September 2024
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	30th September to 1st October 2024
Booking of the date and turn of your defence through Portal Camins	8th and 9th October 2024
The dates of your defense will be published here Studies > Final Thesis	from the 11th of October 2024
Defence dates of the board panel for the TFG The specific dates within this period will depend on the availability of the board panel	17th to 25th October 2024

Defence TFG ordinary CALL: February 2025 > students registered of the TFG in the academic year 2024/25, group Q1 or Q2
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until 24th January 2025
Submission of the traineeship reports of the GEOP studies to practiques.camins@upc.edu	until 24th January 2025
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	27th and 28th January 2025
Booking of the date and turn of your defence through Portal Camins	3rd February 2025
