PROCEDURES CALENDAR FOR THE DEFENCE

Inscription of the Master Thesis
Tutor's procedure	10 days before the registration
Enrolment request of the TFM out of time due to extraordinary causes
Students that will defend the TFM in the ordinary CALL: February 2025 Request through e-Secretaria	until the January 19th 2025
Students that will defend the TFM in the ordinary CALL: July 2025 Request through e-Secretaria	until the June15th 2025
Request for the extraordinary call: MAY 2025 (academic year 2024/25)
Students of the specialized Master's degrees that have registered the TFM in the group Q1 and have not been able to deposit in the ordinary call: February 2025 Request through e-Secretaria	January 13th to 23rd 2025
Request for the extraordinary call: OCTOBER 2025 (academic year 2024/25)
Students that have registered their TFM in the academic year 2024/25, group Q2 and have not been able to deposit in the ordinary call: July 2025 Request through e-Secretaria	June 16th to 26th 2025

DEFENCE

Defence TFM extraordinary CALL: October 2025* (academic year 2024/25)* MECCP and specialized Master's degrees > students registered of the TFM in the academic year 2024/25, group Q2 + they have not deposited in the ordinary call: July + they must have made the request through e-Secretaria for this call in the indicated dates in the procedure calendar
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until the 26th September 2025
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	29th and 30th September 2025
Booking of the date and turn of your defence through Portal Camins *MECCP	7th and 8th October 2025
The dates of your defense will be published here Studies > Final Thesis	from the 10th of October 2025
Defence dates of the board panel for the TFM The specific dates within this period will depend on the availability of the board panel	16th to 24th October 2025

Defence TFM ordinary CALL: February 2026 MECCP and specialized Master's degrees > students registered of the TFM in the academic year 2025/26, group Q1
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until 23rd January 2026
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	26th and 27th January 2026
Booking of the date and turn of your defence through Portal Camins *MECCP	3rd February 2026
The dates of your defense will be published here Studies > Final Thesis	from the 6th February 2026
Defence dates of the board panel for the TFM The specific dates within this period will depend on the availability of the board panel	10th to 18th of February 2026

Defence TFM extraordinary CALL: May 2026 ONLY specialized Master's degreess > students registered of the TFM in the academic year 2025/26, group Q1 + they have not deposited in the ordinary call: February + they must have made the request through e-Secretaria for this call in the indicated dates in the procedure calendar
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until the 30th April 2026
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	4th and 5th May 2026
The dates of your defense will be published here Studies > Final Thesis	from the 8th May 2026
Defence dates of the board panel for the TFM The specific dates within this period will depend on the availability of the board panel	21st to 27th May 2026

Defence TFM ordinary CALL: July 2026 MECCP and specialized Master's degreess > students registered of the TFM in the academic year 2025/26, group Q2
Tutor has to fill in the Informe3a through Portal Camins	until 26th June 2026
Deposit of the memory and annex documents through ATENEA TFE and fill in the deposit form through e-Secretaria	29th and 30th of June 2026
