How do I retrieve the original documentation?

The original documents will be kept at SIAE-Camins until they are retrieved (by appointment only) by the owner at our premises.

The appointment must be requested once you have received the confirmation by email and we have been able to verify the documents.

If you are unable to retrieve the original documents in person because you reside in a location far from our premises, they can be delivered back:

By certified mail (no cost)

They will be sent to the family address listed in e-Secretaria > My details > Personal details.

Therefore, it is necessary to verify that the address is complete. In the case of addresses outside Spain, the postal code must be included at the beginning of the Municipality details field since the Postal code "99999" field cannot be modified.

Once the shipment has been scheduled, we will send you the tracking information so that you can track the delivery to its destination.

By courier (at the recipient's expense)

There is also the possibility of using a courier service to pick up the envelope with the original documents. For this you will need to use the following details:

The email address to which the courier company must send the identification documents is admissions.masters.camins@upc.edu. These documents must reach the USGEGM at least 4 business days in advance; otherwise, the envelope will not be deposited in time for the pick up.
