Query how to submit the required documentation for master's admission
If you are a degree student at UPC you don't need to submit any documentation.

Step-by-step enrollment guide

1	Review, complete, and validate your data and GDPR authorizations via e-Secretary.
2	Enrollment date and time - Check the box above for the enrollment date according to your degree program. You will be able to view the enrollment time 24 hours in advance through e-Secretaria>Enrolment>Enrolment conditions
3	Tuition payment If you want to make the payment via direct debit in a single installment or in installments, you must enter it in the e-Secretaria(My Details > Bank accounts) an IBAN account number and follow the instructions to complete the online validation of the SEPA Mandate. If you want to make the payment by card or at a bank, you must choose the "financial institution" option. If your tuition is paid by an organization directly to the UPC, you must choose the "financial institution" option.
4	Check the groups, schedules and classrooms
5	Check the information about scholarships, public fees, payment options and tuition discounts
6	Complete the online self-enrollment through the e-Secretaria starting from the date and time assigned to you. You won't be able to finalize the enrollment process if you don't accept the UPC Academic Integrity Commitment
7	Document Submission in the System - If you need to submit documents that may qualify you for tuition discounts and are not already registered in the system, you must upload them through the e-Secretaria (> Document Input) before starting the self-enrollment process.
8	Once you have completed your enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to download your enrollment document in PDF format through the e-Secretaria

12	Start of Classes - February 9th 2026
13	Academic and Administrative Calendars - Check the School’s Calendars and Academic regulations for any procedures related to your enrollment that you wish to carry out.
14	Enrollment Changes - Completed enrollments can be modified You can request changes to your Q2 (spring semester) 2025/26 enrollment from your personall e-Secretaria (Procedures > Request > Enrolment) until February 20th 2026, as outlined in the Academic Procedures Calendar for Undergraduate Studies
