International Mobility Students 2025-2026 Academic Year

If you have been in a mobility program during the 2025-2026 academic year and the courses you took still have not been incorporated into your transcript of records or you do not plan to provide all the documentation before the assigned enrolment date, please place a request at e-Secretaria (Procedures > Request > Mobility) before July 13th, 2026 in order to be able to enrol online.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Courses you want to enrol (code, number and group) in the 2026-2027 academic year
  • Courses that you have asked to recognize for mobility (2025-2026) and that appear in the final pre-commitment (code, number and group). These courses must be removed from the list of potential courses to enrol so that the system does not force you to pick them in the 2026-2027 academic year
