3. Títol d'accés / Título de acceso / Access degree   Indica si ja tens el títol de grau. Si encara no el tens, escriu la data estimada a l'apartat "Comentaris" / Indica si ya tienes el título de grado. Si todavía no lo tienes, escribe la fecha estimada en el apartado "Comentarios" / Indicate if you have the Bachelor's degree. If you don't have it yet, write the estimated date in the "Remarks" field.


4. Certificat acadèmic de notes oficial / Certificado académico de notas oficial / Official transcript of records És obligatori presentar aquest document per a la valoració dels criteris d'admissió. Si no has acabat els estudis, presenta un certificat amb les assignatures ja superades / Es obligatorio presentar este documento para la valoración de los criterios de admisión. Si no has acabado los estudios, presenta el certificado con las asignaturas ya superadas / It is compulsory to submit this document for the assessment of the admission criteria. If you have not finished your studies, submit the certificate with the courses you have already passed
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV) És obligatori presentar el CV (format lliure) / Es obligatorio presentar el CV (formato libre) / Presenting your CV is required (open-format)
6. Traducció documentació / Traducción documentación / Documentation translation   Annexa la traducció del títol i del certificat de notes si l'original no està en català, castellà o anglès / Anexa la traducción del título y del certificado de notas si el original no está en castellano, catalán o inglés / Upload a translation of the degree and transcript if the original is not in Spanish, Catalan or English.



7. Certificado de equivalencia de nota media por el Ministerio de Educación Español (obligatorio para universidades NO españolas) / Statement by the Spanish Ministry of Education of the student's GPA (required for non-Spanish universities)   Sigue las instrucciones que has recibido por email para obtener el documento en la web del Ministerio de Educación Español. Aviso: Para que tenga validez, tienes que firmarlo (digital o a mano) y fecharlo en el punto “9. Declaración responsable” / See instructions on how to obtain this certificate in the email you have received. Note: You must sign (digitally or by hand) and date the document in section 9. “Declaración Responsable” (sworn statement) to validate it
8. Certificat del nivell B2 d'anglès, o superior / Certificado del nivel B2 de inglés, o superior / Certificate of English level B2, or higher   Sólo necesario para los siguientes másteres: Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos; Métodos Numéricos en Ingeniería y Movilidad Urbana. Si todavía no lo tienes, escribe la fecha estimada en el apartado "Comentarios" / Required only for the following master's degrees: Civil Engineering; Numerical Methods in Engineering and Urban Mobility. If you don't have it yet, write the estimated date in the "Remarks" field.
